1. Layout and measurement of conduit routing
2. Cutting and bending of EMT conduit
3. Installation and alignment of overhead conduits (EMT)
4. Mounting of pull and junction boxes
5. Assembly of elbows, couplings, and connectors
6. Securing conduits with clamps and hardware on strut channels
7. Installation of cable trays and strut supports
8. Verification of leveling and spacing between conduits
9. Inspection of safety anchoring and tie-off points

NEW CONSTRUCTION: ART THEREAFTER

1. Trenching and excavation for underground conduit path
2. Installation of PVC conduits from transformer to CT cabinet and disconnects
3. Setting and securing CT cabinet and main disconnect on pedestal or backboard
4. Installation of utility meter socket
5. Installation of (4) 100A disconnect switches for trailer feeds
6. Pulling service entrance conductors through underground conduits
7. Terminations at transformer, CT cabinet, meter, main disconnect, and branch disconnects
8. Grounding and bonding of all enclosures and disconnects
9. Backfilling trench and compacting soil per code
10. Coordination and inspection with utility company and AHJ (Authority Having Jurisdiction)
11. Final testing and energizing of the system

NEW CONSTRUCTION: OSCEOLA VILLAGE

1. Trenching and excavation for all underground conduit routes (power, lighting, and drive-thru systems)
2. Installation of PVC conduits for:
- Main service feeds
- Branch circuits to each of the 7 tenant spaces
- Light pole circuits
- Drive-thru equipment (menu boards, speakers, canopies, etc.)
3. Setting utility transformer pad (if required), CT cabinet, main disconnect, and meter center or stack
4. Installation of secondary conduits and feeder cables to each unit’s main panel
5. Installation of pull boxes or handholes for lighting and drive-thru equipment
6. Installation of concrete bases and poles for site lighting (light poles)
7. Installation of conduits and wiring for drive-thru systems, including low-voltage if applicable
8. Grounding and bonding of all metal enclosures, light poles, and equipment per NEC code
9. Backfilling trenches, compacting, and surface restoration (asphalt, concrete, landscaping)
10. Coordination with utility company for permanent power setup and metering
11. System inspections by local AHJ and utility provider
12. Final circuit testing, light pole energizing, and drive-thru equipment activation
